I created small program (shell script and binary file) that can generate whole site from wiki syntax. All you need is to prepare html template and write.
My program uses modified wiki2html program. Original can be found on http://people.ucsc.edu/~merphant/wiki2html.html .
I'll publish this program as soon as I make it more customizable. For now it requires manual editation of shell scripts to customize it.
