Kitesurfing or kiteboarding is a combination of the best elements of surfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, and snowboarding. But kitesurfing is kinda a bit special because you don't need any expensive equipment, no boat, no waves. You need only a wind, water, kite and some board. That's the reason I fell in love with this sport.

One of the greatest advantage is the Power Kite. It's not just for kitesurfing, you can use it on flat areas (with Buggy or Landboard), also on snowy surface (also known as Snowkiting).

The only problem is my location. Slovakia is landlocked country, so there is no sea here. There are some lakes, but usually with bad weather conditions for kiting. Better option is Neusiedler See in Austria.
